THE TRAINING OF TEACHERS AT SCHOOL: SPACES AND TIMES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PANDEMIC

Abstract

The aim of this article is to discuss the training of teachers in school in times of pandemic Covid-19 (2020-2021) and the organization of training processes in schools of the municipal school system of Sorocaba-SP. The qualitative research used the questionnaire and the interpretative analysis for their assessment. This text is divided into the following parts: introduction, theoretical framework, methodology, results and analysis and final considerations. We conclude that the organization of formative times and spaces in the school needs to be aligned with the conception of training, in this case the reflexive formation, which is part of the investigation of teaching practice and enables authentic experiences, adopting formative strategies consistent with these conceptions, enables professional training and professional development and that even in this difficult period of the pandemic of Covid-19,  the school teams found ways/strategies to develop the training as well, in order to promote the professional development of teachers.

It integrates research groups in which it develops studies and research in partnership with other researchers and participants: Group of Studies and Research on Formative and Educational Practices in Mathematics (GEPRAEM - DME/UFSCar); Center for Studies and Research on Formative Narratives, Training and Teaching Work (NEPEN-UFSCar) and Group for Studies and Research on Training Teachers who teach Mathematics (GEPFPM - FE/Unicamp).
