Abstract

This essay aims to discuss the role of the pedagogical coordinator, since it is a recent profession not fully contemplated by public policies, so develop this reflexive movement on public policies for teacher education, from the perspective of the formation of the pedagogical coordinator, emphasizing for this the continued training in two municipal schools of education,  an important contribution is made in order to understand how the formative actions linked to these policies are projected in practice, recognizing legal benefits, conflicts experienced and how the municipalities investigated for this purpose are organized.
