Abstract

The present work discusses the existing relationships between school management and the curriculum within the scope of public schools. Its objective is to demonstrate how democracy and interculturality act as fundamental factors in the exercise of school management and the construction of the curriculum when seeking the emancipation of students. Thus, the study is of a bibliographic nature. As a result, it points to the need for school management guided by democratic and intercultural principles so that a curriculum with the same precepts can be achieved.
