Abstract

This bibliographic study is based on the following question: what contributions can the
Dialogical Theory of Language and studies on deaf culture offer to the training of Libras
teachers permeated by discursive interaction? To answer these question, the aim is to situate:
1) the concept of discursive interaction in light of the contributions of the Bakhtin Circle; and 2)
deaf culture in its interface with the training of Libras teachers. The research understands
discursive interaction as the construction of information, ideas and meanings between two or
more people through language, whether oral, written, gestural or any other form of
communication. In view of the above, this text is committed to investing, from a bibliographical
point of view, in this increasingly necessary relationship between interaction and teacher
training, specifically, of Libras.
